NAF Electro Lytes
On a hot day or during strenuous exercise such as a multi-day event, your horse or pony regulates its body temperature by sweating. In the process, it loses not only fluids but also electrolytes. To restore the electrolyte balance, you can give your horse or pony Electro Lytes from NAF Equine. This supplementary feed contains the four plasma salts - potassium, sodium, chloride and magnesium - which, among other things, act to prevent dehydration.

Dosage
How much Electro Lytes can my horse have?
Per day
Horse during peak moment (1 - 3 days) 90 ml
Horse during competition (1 - 3 days) 60 ml
Maintenance dose horses 30 ml
Ponies during competition 30 - 60 ml
Low maintenance dose for ponies 15 - 30 ml
The liquid can be given through lukewarm water, over feed or directly into the horse or pony's mouth. Note: Make sure your horse or pony always has plenty of fresh drinking water available.
